Nova & Poise (fashion, bespoke garments, couture, and related fashion products)
Because these brands sell different types of products, refund and return terms vary by product category. Please read the relevant section carefully before making a purchase.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Proof of purchase is required for all refund or return requests.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined below.
2.1 Digital Products (E-books, Digital Journals, PDFs, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products:
All digital sales are final
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once a digital product has been delivered or accessed
This includes, but is not limited to:
E-books
Digital journals
Downloadable guides
Online content or digital resources

2.2 Physical Books & Printed Materials
Refunds or returns for physical books are accepted only under the following conditions:
Eligible for refund or replacement if:
The item arrived damaged
The item is defective
The wrong item was received
Conditions:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unused and in original condition
Photographic evidence may be requested
Not eligible for refund:
Change of mind
Minor printing variations
Wear and tear after use
Refunds (where approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.
3.1 Bespoke & Custom-Made Garments
Nova & Poise specialises in bespoke, made-to-measure, and custom-designed garments.
Because these items are created specifically for the client:
All bespoke and custom-made garments are NON-REFUNDABLE
No returns or exchanges are accepted once production has begun
This includes:
Custom sizing
Personalised designs
Made-to-measure couture
Altered or commissioned pieces
By placing an order, you confirm approval of measurements, design, and specifications provided.
3.2 Ready-to-Wear Items
If Nova & Poise offers ready-to-wear items:
Returns may be accepted if:
The item is unused
The item is unworn
Original tags and packaging are intact
Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Not eligible for return:
Worn or altered items
Items damaged after delivery
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
3.3 Faulty or Incorrect Fashion Items
If you receive:
A faulty item
An incorrect item
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Where verified, we will offer:
A repair, or
A replacement, or
A refund (at our discretion)
4.1 Orders Not Yet Processed
Orders may be cancelled only if production or processing has not started.
Once:
Digital access is granted, or
Bespoke production begins
Cancellations are no longer possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty
We recommend using a tracked delivery service
We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
Approved refunds are processed within:
7–10 business days after approval or receipt of returned goods
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
